Nice knife but....

I have owned this knife for 7 months. Its a nice knife, feels good in the hand, small enough it fits nicely into my pocket and I cant feel it there. Opens and closes smoothly. With that said, the blade isnt very sharp when you get it and the metal the blade is made from is not hard at all. The blade gets dull very easily and also gets knicks easily. Im having to sharpen it every 2-3 weeks so it cuts smoothly.
