All-Rounder: Morimoto's EvoX-R 2.0 is derived from the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X Original Equipment design. It's the best option for upgrading cars that came with older 3" Hella bi-xenon HID projectors and it's also ideally shaped for a traditional retrofit too.

Great upgrade to the oem F150 HID projectors

These were a great upgrade to my stock projectors in my 2014 f150. I ran into one very small issue installing though, the screws holding the projector halves together are a little long and one hit on my stock bracket not allowing it to sit flush. I used a drill and drilled into the plastic to allow it to recess. If the screw was flush this step would not have been needed.

Installed these in a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport to replace the absolutely pathetic stock halogens...a painstaking process to get the permaseal out of the headlight channels (heat only around 200F) but worth every second of the all-nighter it took to complete this. The light cutoff is razor-sharp, flashing from oncoming traffic (after I aimed them) and the high-beams let you see for what seems like a mile down the road as well as the shoulders of the road...paired with 50w ballasts and 6500k bulbs...if you only do one mod to the 2014 explorer, let it be this one
