No Comparison: When it comes to HID bulbs, Morimoto has always brought us the best in the aftermarket, and their latest examples are no exception. Sure we think the options from Philips and Osram are great too, but when it comes to bang for the buck - nothing compares to the Morimoto XB HID lineup. Compatible with 35W and 55W: The XB's will produce more lumens, last longer, project farther, and look better doing it.
Lumin Osity: At the heart of the XB 9006 bulbs is their perfectly aligned 100% Philips quartz glass that houses a capsule from APL-USA. Using high quality halide salts from German-supplier Messer, the bulbs produce nearly the same lumin Osity (intensity) as the amazing Osram CBI bulbs at 5500K. No, you're not seeing things here, but yes you will be seeing everything at night. In our comparison to the big brands, Morimoto's XB capsule ran with the best of em!
Long Life: The Austrian-sourced Plansee electrodes help keep the bulbs running brighter for longer. In comparison to a Philips bulb with 200 hours of use, the Morimoto will maintain 83% of it's intensity whereas the Philips bulb will retain 86%. Yeah, the Philips maintains a little longer, but this kind of longevity is unheard of in the aftermarket. We're impressed!
Precise Alignment: Morimoto's Symmetry-Structure frame surrounds the base of the glass capsule keeping everything properly lined up, which is paramount when it comes to HID bulbs. In the past we all agreed that precision wasn't the strong suit for the XB bulbs... But the latest are indeed the greatest - and they're now consistently well-aligned, which is a good thing - because it means the output is also consistently bright and uniform throughout. [Applause]
Industry Standard: The XB replacement HID bulbs are built to industry-standard size specifications and are compatible with all ballasts with "AMP" outputs - making them a perfect match for a replacement bulb or upgrade! so far I'm impressed I've had multiple hid kits and bulbs from some of the top companies that have had really crappy hid bulbs and these by far are better than them the prism they have and the direct light beams are the best by far just wish with the 55watt ballast we could get a little more blue in the beam but it's all good
Look no more " bright like oem"

we all seen aftermarket hid bulb and kit but I've never seen a product like this before. Purchased 9006 4300k two set. Very well constructed and well engineered like oem. Ordered the relay only here at TRS but installed the XB35 Ballasts and XB 9006 bulbs 6500k. It had HID's in it already including what appears to be a Casper type shield in the lens. I replaced the old ones (Opt7) because of blue color in the bulbs but they were listed as 6k. Fired it all up after install which was an incredible 16 seconds verses the old ballast at 36 seconds! Brightness was improved and with the shields appeared to direct all light to the top of the light with no glare! I see no blue at all with Morimoto verses Opt7 with very white light. I am very impressed with this system I will comeback to TRS for my lighting needs. I purchased ballasts from ebay "blueledlighting" authorized seller because I had a coupon for 20%! I used the instant chat online to get answers I needed to buy the relay I needed and was very happy. I felt like family when talking to me which included eBay and sellers. Top notch is TRS staff and products will keep my business from now on. Thank you again and happy holidays!
Nice and bright

I purchased a 4300k to replace the 6000k that I already had. I was looking for a less aftermarket look and a slightly brighter light. These did the trick. Though some make prefer the 6000k with it's bluish color I think that I prefer the OE color look. These make it easier for me to see in the rain.
Xb35 Unique

If this bulb is home grown by Morimoto, you would never be able to tell. This bulb flawless in its shape, brightness, construction of the metal base. The one thing that i was not aware is this particular is a 2 piece, meaning the light actually disconnects from the harness. I think this could be benefitial to selling the wiring harness separately and only buying replacement bulbs as needed. The lights snap VERY securely into the harness with a waterproofing seal. The wiring harness was very well put together and does not give you the cheap plastic cover. These wires have a heat shroud and wrapped in braided heat thread, not just the plast coating. Morimoto is a premium HID supplier but you can see where your money is going!
