Street Legal: While Plug n Play bulb upgrades for the headlights are an easy way to produce more light from the stock housings, they're not exactly street legal and aside from the whiter light, your truck is still going to look the same otherwise. Not only will a complete set of headlights far outshine the stock headlights with brighter bulbs in all conditions, their beam pattern will be wider, more evenly distributed, and will obviously look way better with their integrated LED turn signals and daytime running lights.
