Single Projector Retrofit Kit
MotoCycle: Stage I SingleB-RFK-MC1-TRS

Ride On! When you're canyon carving and can't see a thing from your bike's single fog light; it's time for an upgrade. With bi-Xenons on board, you'll be left wondering why you didn't do this upgrade any sooner. Forget about halogens or gimmicky LEDs, bi-xenon projectors will blow them both out of the night sky.
In the Details: What makes this setup different, you ask? we've considered what's important for retrofitting on a bike. The most compact slim ballasts from Morimoto with the lightest power draw. The smallest and bi-xenon projectors from Morimoto with the best light output that also install with ease. The most appropriate relay harness spaced just right for use on a motorcycle.
Bi-Xenon Projector: Bound to change the game, yet again. Head to head with any OEM projector, the quality is spot on, but the Mini D2S 5.0 is: 1) So much easier to retrofit with their extra long mounting shaft and 2) So much brighter. They actually failed to pass FMVSS108 testing only because the measured lux at certain points throughout their beam pattern exceeded the maximum allowed! With 5th generation Mini D2S optics powering across their curved cutoff shield and through the standard AR-Coated Kuria Optic clear lens, the Mini D2S 5.0 is a force to be reckoned with. Razor Sharp. Unbeatable width. Perfectly distributed gradient of light down to the foreground.
Shroud: Basically, it's the trim piece that adds the finishing touch to your new fog light retrofit. It covers the projector after it's installed to restore the factory-finished look inside the housing. With so many different shapes, sizes, and designs available; we really recommend picking one that suits the geometry inside of your fog light, and also your personal preference on how it looks.
MotoCycle Relay Harness: Features extruded heavy-duty aluminum relay shell. Corrosion resistant fittings, 14 gauge stranded copper wire protected by durable black tech-flex mesh. It looks like a factory harness when installed. Designed to be completely plug n play on a Motorcycle and use the stock handlebar mounted controls.
HID Ballasts: Designed in California by Morimoto's engineer, Yoshi Ishida, the Morimoto XB 2.0 HID Ballasts are just as good looking on the outside as they are well-engineered on the inside. They are available in both 35w and 50w versions, use proprietary software by the pros at Hylux paired with packaging perfection from the masters at Morimoto. This is today's most modern iteration of a model that has sold more than half a million units since inception, and we don't think it can really get any better!
D2S HID Bulb: Homegrown by Morimoto to out-perform any alternatives on the market when installed in projector-based fog lights--and it shows. We admit the latest generation XB HID bulbs are pretty impressive when compared to other bulbs, and even older Morimoto bulbs. At the heart of the XB bulbs is their perfectly-aligned 100% Philips quartz glass capsule that houses high quality halide salts from German-supplier Messer. In our annual lux comparison test, they produced nearly the same luminosity (intensity) as the industry benchmark Osram CBI bulbs at 5500K. No, you're not seeing things here, but yes you will be seeing everything at night.
Optional LED Halo: Though LED halos may not be for everybody, if you're looking for the cleanest, most simple, most reliable setup, we highly recommend the Profile Performance Pivot Halo. Not only are they the brightest, most uniformly lit halos currently on the market, but they can also be run as an amber light, adding a unique style you're unlikely to see out on the roads. The integrated controllers are extremely easy to setup with only three wires (white, amber, and ground).
Optional Housing Sealant: Protection is priceless! When you're putting together a set of high-end fog lights, the last thing you want is moisture in 'em the first time it rains outside. RetroRubber is the most effective way to make sure the original seal is fully restored. For the small price, why anybody wouldn't prevent their new fog lights from fogging up is beyond us. It'll be the best twelve bucks you've ever spent.
Trusted: For more than a decade, we've worked hard to earn our killer reputation. Car guys world-wide know that TRS carries the internet's best selection of high performance automotive and powersport lighting products at the best prices, and we've got the best, most knowledgeable team of real enthusiasts to help back it up. If we sell it, then you bet we've put it to the test on our own cars, trucks, and bikes. Need a recommendation on parts for your project? Got a tech question? Wholesale inquiry? Contact us!

Well everything was awesome except i got an x-lens with round shrouds and round halos. Had to reorder square apollo 1 and said f the halo--oh well. maybe they should make the site more descriptive, or maybe I should've done more research. Anyways, the d2s fits perfectly in the stock shroud and is leaps n bounds brighter!
How does this not have a review?
This kit is all inclusive for $150. How can you ask for any cheaper?
It even offers discounts on other pieces like an angel eye, X-lens option, and discounted butyl sealant.
Each piece is shipped to you in individually marked packages and it is signed by a TRS employee that you can call and talk to up to 5:30pm on M-F. A great kit starts at great preparation.
Out of the box you can plug everything together and test it with a larger 12V battery like that from your motorcycle or car and make sure everything works. Mine had no issues at all. Everything was brand new very clean.
The cutoff from the D2S 3.0 is gorgeous and you will see the color flicker appear just above the blue in the cut line. The solenoid responds instantly to high beam activation. I opted for an angel eye and X-Lens on my kit and mounted it directly to the Apollo 2.0 Lens. A little dremel use and I had easy cutouts for the angel eye that did not pierce the outer frame (to be seen in reflection). Beautiful combination of white LED angel eye and 5500K D2S bulb. I am excited to test this out on the road very soon.
The only challenge of these kits is cutting the shroud to fit perfectly in your housing. The flat bottom and top literally fit perfect into my housing with some trimming on the back. Make the appropriate choice for your style and housing situation. Cutting is not hard, it is the same consistency of ABS plastics.
Good luck with your retrofits!
Light and Day difference on my Honda Grom
Ordered the kit even before I picked up my Honda Grom, and had the headlight open within 24 hours of owning to get this retrofit started. The install was a little tedious, but thats with any install. I am absolutely in love with the amount of light output from this kit! Definitely worth every penny!
