Release & Replace: Wait, but there's nothing wrong with these bi-LED headlights? Yep, that's right! As we received the shipment, Morimoto decided to re-invent the wheel with a whole new iteration of the model that's due out in December...one that's going to cost 3x the price too. OK, well - we gotta make some space on the shelves, so we're selling these LED housings off quickly. This is a deal for real!
LED Specs: The 14-piece array of CREE XHP50 5W LED's produce 3850 lumens at 55w in low beam, and a mosquito-melting 4900 lumens on high beam at 70W! Morimoto's advanced Kuria optic projector lens array efficiently distributes all of the available light on the ground in a wide beam pattern with a proper cutoff line to avoid glaring oncoming traffic. (so all of that bright light ends up on the ground...where you need it most!)
Longevity: The bi-LED headlights are properly driven with a PWM driver (pulse width modulation) to keep the intensity up but the heat down. Housed by a die-cast aluminum body that doubles as the heat-sink, so everything will stay cool even during prolonged periods of use. The front lenses are made of impact-resistant polycarbonate that have been coated with a UV resistant film that won't chip or fade over time.
Jeep Wranglers: For JK Wranglers, we recommend selecting the optional anti-flicker adapters. We have tested these LED housings and confirmed the Morimoto Sealed7 1.0 require these harnesses for proper function on a JKU.
7" Standard: Designed to replace all 7" round / PAR56 headlights, the Morimoto Sealed7 1.0 offers full low and high beam functionality.
LED DRL: What's a good set of bi-LED headlights these days without an integrated LED Daytime Running Light function? The Morimoto Sealed7 1.0 has a central high-power LED-DRL chip that illuminates the full optical array (but without producing actual output) in their daytime mode. Activated with a single 12V+ input on the back of the LED housing.

Got these for my 1966 Chevy C10 pickup. With a little modification to the buckets, the lights went right in. WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!! I've never regretted buying these lights.
Awesome quality and value!

These were a breeze to install in a NA Miata, maybe 15 minutes per side, start to finish. Much improved lighting over factory lights.
Better bang for your buck than a daymaker

I bought one round headlight for my Honda 919 and these things are a world of difference. Previously tried a generic high/low 20W LED H4 bulb, also a knockoff 20/40W hi/low sealed beam projector LED (much like this style) and the output, wide beam pattern and high beam beats them both out of the water. No flickering on the motorcycle - though it did require minor modifications to the headlight housing. Does have a subtle blue cutoff line. Couldn't be happier at this price - thanks!

These have great light output for an LED headlight. I am trying these out after the HID version of the Sealed 7. The HID was more intense but these have benefits as well, such as the instant on/off and quicker "flash" when you flick the high beams. About the only thing I don't like is they do flicker, despite the description saying you won't need anything else. This flicker will happen on any 07-11 Jeep Wrangler - the newer Jeeps seem to have remedied this to an extent. As far as the beam output, it is fairly even, wide, and a good color. The cutoff is not as crisp as the HID but does have some definition. You won't get that purplish color flicker at all like on the HID version.

Installed these on a '93 Mazda Miata. Install was simple and the lights work flawlessly. The lights fit snugly into place without modification and put out way more light than the old sealed beam bulbs. The lighting pattern is even and not prone to the "hot spots" you sometimes get with aftermarket headlights. Very pleased overall.
<br>I did not use the H13 adapter or the DRL connection (pop up headlights), but both are included with the bulb.
Perfect for Miata

I have had these on my 94 miata for about 3-4 months and they are GREAT. These were a direct fit for me. It was great, nice easy install, about 10 min. Also these are plenty bright and have a very nice cutoff. If your on the fence go for it! Oh yeah these are the black ones only
