Bi-Xenon Projectors: Are bound to change the game, yet again. Head to head with any OEM projector, the quality is spot on, but the Mini D2S 4.0 is 1) So much easier to retrofit with their extra long mounting shaft and 2) So much brighter. They actually failed to pass FMVSS108 testing only because the measured lux at certain points throughout their beam pattern exceeded the maximum allowed! With 4th generation Mini D2S optics powering across their curved cutoff shield and through the standard Kuria Optic clear lens; the Mini D2S 4.0 is a force to be reckoned with. Razor Sharp. Shrouds: Basically, they're the trim piece that adds the finishing touch to your new headlight retrofit. They cover the projector after it’s installed to restore the factory-finished look inside the housings. With so many different shapes, sizes, and designs available, we really recommend picking one that suits the geometry inside of your headlights, and also your personal preference on how they look. D2S HID Bulbs: Homegrown by Morimoto to out-perform any alternatives on the market when installed in projector-based headlight…and it shows. We admit the latest generation XB HID bulbs are pretty impressive when compared to other bulbs, and even older Morimoto bulbs. At the heart of the XB bulbs is their perfectly-aligned 100% Philips quartz glass capsule that houses high quality halide salts from German-supplier Messer. In our annual lux comparison test, they produced nearly the same luminosity (intensity) as the industry benchmark Osram CBI bulbs at 5500K. No, you're not seeing things here, but yes you will be seeing everything at night.
Ballast Adapters: Since the kit is based around you already having an existing HID kit, the AMP to D2S Ballast Adapters allow use of your current HID ballasts, but with the required D2S bulbs to fit the new projectors. Plug and play without any hassle!
Optional LED Halos: Though LED halos may not be for everybody, if you’re looking for the cleanest, most simple, most reliable setup, we highly recommend the Profile Performance Pivot Halos. Not only are they the brightest, most uniformly lit halos currently on the market, but they double as a switchback turn signal with your blinker circuit. The integrated controllers are extremely easy to setup with only three wires (white, amber, and ground) and allow you to run the white mode continuously until interrupted by the signal – at which point they will blink amber. Once the signal stops, the Pivot ring will automatically switch back to its pure white mode.
Optional Housing Sealant: Protection is priceless! When you're putting together a set of high-end headlights, the last thing you want is moisture in 'em the first time it rains outside. RetroRubber is the most effective way to make sure the original seal is fully restored. For the small price, why anybody wouldn’t prevent their new headlights from fogging up is beyond us. It’ll be the best twelve bucks you’ve ever spent.

I got this kit with the Mini DS2 projector. For the ease of install and performance, there is no match. Sure the TL and FX-R projectors have a better light output, but you can't install them as easy as the Mini's. Plus at $175 its a very good price considering everything it comes with. If you use HID's in your reflector housing, there is no comparison to an actual hid projector. I recommend this to everyone.
This kit is amazing! works with existing HID ballasts if you have them. Wiring is quite easy. The FX-R projectors are stunning. Their cutoff is wonderful with beautiful blue and purple, but the projectors give a bright white output on the road. The high beams are unmatched! I used 6000k bulbs and Gatling shrouds for a mean, clean look. I also got some CCFL angel eyes to really make my lights stand out. Recommended to anyone wanting a simplified install process and great light output.
I had a H4 hid kit in my land cruiser and it was alright at best. I had it for about 6 months and was never flashed and oddly enough it had a fine cutoff and little to no glare, but as we all know it was not the optimal lighting setup. I freaking love these FX-R projectors! They perform amazingly, easily lighting up the whole interstate. I have no idea why I waited this long to retrofit a set(guess I was worried about ruining my relatively rare fzj80 depo lights). Originally one of my projectors had a issue with the high beam solenoid but the issue was resolved quickly.
