SKU GTR.A015: The product in question is a set of harnesses designed for automotive lighting systems. These harnesses facilitate the extension of headlight or fog light wiring from inside the housing to the exterior, passing through the dust cover. By drilling a 7/8" hole in the dust cover and sealing it with a provided rubber grommet, a waterproof connection is achieved. These harnesses are compatible with various bulb types, including 9005, 9006, 9012, H10, and 9145. They serve a specific purpose in extending OEM wiring through the dust cover, allowing installers to mount CANBUS or PWM modules on the outside of headlights, reducing heat inside the headlight and enhancing module accessibility.
