This kit: used to use the 3W CREE T10 bulbs, but now uses the Carbide Series T10 bulbs. They are twice as bright and smaller so they fit more applications. This is a huge upgrade over stock and the old 3W CREE Projector bulbs.

NOTICE: IF you are using the stock third brake light housing, the install is simple: Unscrew it from the outside and pull off the cover. If youre using an aftermarket third brake light housing you might have to drop the headliner to get to the bulbs.
